The Bill (Reg.№3071) determines the main legal basis for the formation and functioning of the industrial parks. It contains the principle concerning the peculiarities of their functioning, conditions of the state support. The Bill envisages the two forms of the industrial parks according to the form of their support by the state: full or partial compensation of the percentage rate according to the involved banking loans and implementation of the norm of the accelerated admortization of new general fund groups 3 and 4.
